2020 Animo Heritage Sauvignon Blanc
The 2020 Sauvignon Blanc has the rare juxtaposition of complexity against approachability. The bouquet presents floral notes of honeysuckle and citrus blossom, with hints of fresh lemongrass and nectarine; On the palate it is dense, but lively with juicy acidity like fresh white peach and apricot. A lingering finish with hints of vanilla, oak, and chamomile.
2019 Animo Cabernet Sauvignon
Bursting with red fruits like raspberry and currants highlighted by hints of violet and vanilla on the nose this wine gracefully envelops the palate with hibiscus, marionberry, and an undertone of earthiness, portobello mushroom, peppery spice, and oak, which will come out of hiding as the wine ages. This youthful wine is approachable now and is suitable for several years of ageing.
